Demand for Sunshine Coast medical facilities
Amber Hackworthy of First National Commercial Coastal says industrial sales and leasing activity remains strong, while medical related sales and leasing is gaining momentum.
Suites in Mooloolaba’s new Eccles Boulevard ‘Pulse’ building, opposite the new Kawana Hospital Precinct, are filling quickly. Ms Hackworthy recently leased a 131 square metre office space there for $55,020 + GST + outgoings per annum.
Pulse boasts a 9.5 star medical rating as well as a very sophisticated building design and structure. The building features innovations such as a fire rated elevator, four-hour fire rated stairwells, and plenty of natural light. The office itself included two undercover car parks.
