Northern migration lifts Sunshine Coast demand

Date: 16 March 2018
Amber Hackworthy of First National Commercial Coastal (Mooloolaba, QLD) says that this time last year there was a surplus of medical facilities available for lease, however, since the opening of the new Sunshine Coast Public Hospital, vacancies are becoming scarcer.
Ms Hackworthy recently leased a 129 square metre medical suite at Innovation Parkway, Birtinya for $50,955 p.a. + GST + outgoings. The Kawana Private Hospital property occupies one of the region’s fastest growing areas, was well appointed, and enjoyed northeast water views.
