Prominent Taree car dealership site sold
Demand for owner-occupied industrial property is beginning to increase in Taree, as is investment grade stock with a 7% or greater return.

Dan Shultz of First National Commercial Shultz \ Taree says interest in leasing commercial office space for Government and Health Services facilities remains strong, but there’s a chronic shortage of suitable premises available. Demand for leasing of retail space is steady.
Dan recently sold a 3,900 square metre vehicle sales showroom site with 70 metres of main road frontage for $2.575 million. The property incorporated two modern showrooms (720 sqm), a fully concreted hardstand display yard, sub-floor storage and wash bays, and a separate 1,500 square metre industrial service workshop located less than one kilometre away.
