Mick brings a wealth of experience, having worked hard over the past 12 years in the real estate industry, 5 years 'off the hill' and 7 years in Emerald and surrounding regions. Mick made the move to Ranges First National in 2016, as the owner of the business he aims to continue to service his existing and past clients as well as developing new ones throughout the Dandenong Ranges. Having lived locally with his family for the past 19 years, Mick's knowledge, skills and understanding of the area he also calls 'home' is a welcome asset. With a strong background in sales and a degree in the Horticulture industry, Mick has a diverse range of knowledge to help him sell the benefits the hills has to offer & he believes his ability to manage a sale, design innovative marketing campaigns and work ethic ensures a smooth transaction for his clients, resulting in a huge part of his business coming from repeat clients or referrals from past clients and people in the community. Mick believes his strong 'customer service' focus and ability to understand the needs of his clients has been fundamental in ensuring that his desire to make his customers 'clients for life' is guaranteed, he certainly has many testimonials to support this! During Mick’s time in real estate he has achieved some impressive results! His most recent achievement was the Diamond sales award plus he was ranked # 3 Sales Person of the Year in Victoria and Tasmania, announced at the 2017 Gem Awards. Mick has also achieved a consecutive 2014 & 2015 Diamond Club Member & number one referrer in 2013 for the Barry Plant Network. Other real estate achievements include top 20 salesperson in the state in 2009 and 2010 for Ray White. In his spare time, Mick enjoys spending time with his wife Meaghan and his two boys, particularly out in the garden or at Emerald Lake Park. He also enjoys indoor and outdoor cricket are currently plays at Emerald Cricket Club where he captains the Veterans team. Mick’s boys also play local footy, cricket and Basketball and you will often see Mick in the crowd cheering them on!
