Dan Shultz

With over 23 years experience in the Real Estate industry, Dan has been involved in all facets of Real Estate business whilst primarily concentrating on the Commercial sector.

Based in Sydney's busy North Shore commercial precinct of Chatswood for nearly 10 years, Dan represented a large number of Financial Institutions and Managed Property Funds in both leasing and sales transactions.

Following a relocation back to Taree in 2008, Dan is our Commercial Director, responsible for the management, sales and leasing of the company’s Commercial, Retail and Industrial portfolio.

Dan has successfully forged and maintained relationships with many large city corporations and individual investors who now have an interest in our Mid Coast area and has cemented his position as the region’s Commercial Specialist.
