Melanie has worked in many facets of real estate for more than twenty years in the Ipswich Area. A longtime local resident, Melanie uses her skills and expertise in the Commercial Department to assist Cheryl Kermond in all areas of commercial administration with a particular focus on commercial property management.

Commercial property management is an extremely specialised field and Melanie enjoys the challenge of this ever changing environment. Working with clients to achieve a positive and successful outcome is her aim.
